Financial Aid Important Dates & Deadlines
- July 1, 2009
- You must have your FAFSA completed by this date in order to have your financial aid processed prior to the first day of class.
- August 1, 2009
- Payments due to the Cashier’s Office for Fall semester charges. Students must be awarded and have completed all paperwork in order for financial aid to be applied toward their charges.
- August 4, 2009
- Summer Satisfactory Academic Progress determined for all students. Emails and letter sent to all students on “Warning” and “Cancel”.
- August 17, 2009
- Federal Work Study Jobs posted through the Career Center.
- August 18, 2009
- Refund checks will not be available prior to the first day of class (NC State Grants are NOT included in this batch of refund checks).
- August 26, 2009
- Enrollment hours are locked on the last day of Drop/Add for financial aid purposes.
- Sept 4, 2009
- Money from NC State Grants disbursed and refunds available.
- November 1, 2009
- Office of Financial Aid begins awarding for Spring 2010.
