Online Transcript Orders
To order an OFFICIAL transcript, please visit the National Student Clearinghouse transcript ordering site.
The available options are a printed paper copy or an electronic copy (PDF). A $10.00 service charge is assessed per transcript.
Processing time for paper transcripts ordered through the National Student Clearinghouse is up to 5 business days from the date the request is received. Once the transcript is processed, it will be mailed to the recipient.
In-Person Transcript Orders
Additionally, you may order an OFFICIAL paper transcript in person in the Academic Success Center (ASC). Please call ahead (828-350-4501) to verify the ASC hours of operation and to get an accurate estimate of processing time. You must present a valid photo I.D. when you submit the in-person order.
Note: Please be aware that grading, degrees, and other end–of–semester processes start on the first day of finals. Requesting a transcript be sent before the conclusion of this process may result in an incomplete transcript. We encourage current students to utilize the “hold for grades” or “hold for degree” options as appropriate.
Former Students & Alumni
UNOFFICIAL transcripts are NOT available for former students and alumni.
