- Request for CFS Guest Pass
- Fall 2026 Drop Request: Submit a drop request for each course; or, drop all courses and request a refund by Friday, September 18, noon.
- Fall 2026 Request to Apply Tuition Credits
- Fall 2026 Scholarship Request: Requests for partial scholarships are due by Friday, August 14, noon during lottery registration; and by Monday, September 14 during open registration.
- Spring 2027 Course Proposal (March 22-May 14, 2027): Course proposals will be accepted September 1-November 1, 2026. Preview a sample form. Instructors have the option to propose a course related to the spring 2027 theme, “USA at 250: Revolution, Evolution, Innovation, Inspiration”; read more about the theme term.
- Winter 2027 Course Proposal (January 11-February 22, 2027): Course proposals were accepted June 1-August 1, 2026.
