Greetings! I’m Brittanie Jones. Virginia girl here, born and raised in Roanoke. It’s nestled right in the Valley and surrounded by beautiful mountain views almost identical to Asheville. I received two bachelor’s degrees from the University of Virginia's College at Wise; a Bachelor of Arts in Communication and Administration of Justice. I obtained my Master of Education degree from Penn State.
I loved the college environment so much that I never left. For over ten years, I have been working in higher education! Working with college students has always been a joy of mine. I have been employed at UNCA since 2019, and I’ve enjoyed every moment of my time being a part of the Bulldog family.
A fun fact about me is that I’m a mystery shopper. I’m also a dog mom to the most adorable Toy Poodle named Bernie. I love cooking vegan recipes, traveling, and most importantly, shopping. Whenever you are in the ASC, stop on by and say hi!
