addition, it serves as entry point for claims of copyright
infringement under provisions of the Digital Millennium Copyright
Act. A copyright owner, or person acting for the owner, who believes that
information residing on the University’s computer systems or networks is
an infringement of copyright
as specified in 17 U.S.C. 512(c)(3) will find UNCA's policy and
required procedures under the DMCA link.
