Resident Assistants
Lead Where You Live
Resident Assistants (RAs) are integral student leaders who establish and sustain strong, healthy, and safe communities in the residence halls for all residential students. RAs actively facilitate and create an environment of belonging that supports student growth and success inside and outside the classroom. The RA program develops strong leaders and lifelong community builders who affect positive change.
