Alex joined the NCCHW as a Research Assistant working on a feasibility study of the Rainbow In My Tummy early childhood nutrition program in 2020. She now serves as the Culture of Results Coordinator working with community groups and partners on various evaluation, technical assistance, and training projects.

Alex is a graduate of UNCA's Health and Wellness Department. Prior to working at NCCHW she worked as a nutrition coordinator in an early childcare center, as well as a diet and exercise coach on a NIH funded clinical trial in Haywood County, NC. Alex spends her free time cooking, baking, running, and exploring WNC with friends and family.
