Hello! My name is Will Eill (pronounced 'I'll' or 'Eye-ill' or 'Aisle')! My pronouns are he/him/his. I joined UNCA as a Student Success Specialist in July 2023 and am beyond excited to be part of the Bulldog community. I earned my undergraduate degree in Business Administration and Economics from High Point University and my Master’s from Lenoir-Rhyne University in Counseling. Prior to UNCA, I was a School Counselor and before that, had a long career in the business world. I love connecting with students to help discover your values, passions, and talents, some that you may not have known existed!

Outside of work, I love traveling (New Orleans and NYC are my favorite cities in the U.S.) and writing. I also spend time with my very needy and slightly neurotic dog, Aurra. I look forward to learning more about the UNCA community and supporting students through this very exciting time.
