Jen Rhode Ward combines field and laboratory techniques to study the population biology, genetics, reproductive biology, and timing of rare and non-native plant species. She is a fellow with PULSE (Partnership for Undergraduate Life Science Education) and is active in regional and national STEM education initiatives.
