Jeff Bachar joined NCCHW in October 2020 as the Healthy Aging NC Strategy Director. Jeff brings a wealth of knowledge and skills in the areas of health equity, business development, non-profit management, and public health. Jeff will support NCCHW’s newest falls prevention grant, in developing a healthcare contracting entity among NC-based Area Agencies on Aging.
