Jay Katzen has 30+ years of international leadership and Board experience consistently driving value creation and transforming businesses, from start-ups to large, multi- national organizations, to PE backed businesses . After leading Achilles Information Ltd as the CEO for 6 years, he led a successful exit from Hg Capital to Bridgepoint Capital in 2022. Jay is currently withing with a number of PE firms and is the Chairman of Solvinity in the Netherlands and DCByte in the UK. He has lived all over the US, in the Netherlands and the UK, is married with three children and a crazy dog, and enjoys the outdoor life in WNC.
