Inez Hullinger Redman, violinist and teacher, was born and raised in Michigan. She studied with Mischa Mischakoff in Michigan and Chautauqua, NY where she was a member of the Detroit Symphony and Chautauqua Symphony.

Since moving to Asheville with her family in 1986 she has maintained a very busy schedule playing with numerous symphonies throughout North Carolina, South Carolina, Tennessee, and Georgia, as well as teaching violin and viola in a private studio and playing in several chamber ensembles.

She is the former associate concertmaster of the Asheville Symphony and has been the concertmaster of the Anderson SC Chamber Orchestra as well as the Heritage SC Chamber Orchestra and the Grosse Pointe Michigan Symphony. Inez was previously an adjunct faculty violin and viola instructor at Mars Hill University and is presently a part time faculty member at UNC Asheville teaching violin and viola.
