    Bio

Eve Rock has a Master’s degree in Art and Languages with a specialization in English from the University of Bordeaux, France and she passed a prestigious teaching certification called <<Agregation>> allowing her to teach English as a second language at the university level. Bordeaux is her hometown, and her previous generations’ hometown too, so she loves talking about it to her students. During her studies, she spent a year in Ireland teaching French, and she decided it would not be her last time traveling and spreading the French language and culture. After passing a certification to teach French as a second language, Eve moved to the United States and settled down in Asheville, NC. Her goal is to make her students discover and understand French culture, and remove the well-known clichés and stereotypes from their minds. She is also passionate about drama. That’s why, for her, interaction, intention, and elocution are important aspects of learning how to use a foreign language.
