Hey! My name is Elizabeth (she/her/hers) and I'm a Licensed Clinical Social Worker. I got my Bachelors degree at the University of Kentucky and my Masters at University of Tennessee. I like to do cognitive behavioral therapy, motivational interviewing, and dialectical behavioral therapy. If those terms don't mean anything to you, that's ok - for me, all those words essentially mean "calling-you-on-your-crap-in-a-therapeutic-and-gentle-way" therapy.

I love working with people of color, folks that identify as LGBTQIA+, and people who are just plain-out trying to figure out who the heck they are. My other specialty is equine-assisted psychotherapy, but I probably won't bring any horses to the office (no promises). I like horseback riding, hiking, exploring new breweries and playing with other people's dogs.
