    Ebenezer Nana Banyin Harrison joined the UNC Asheville faculty in 2022 as a Lecturer in Marketing. He completed his Ph.D. in Consumer Behavior at Auburn University, an MBA in Marketing at the University of Ghana, and a Bachelor’s in Biology at the University of Education, Winneba. His research focuses on how big data analytics and artificial intelligence (AI) agent technologies can be leveraged in making marketing decisions. His research programs include designing conversational AI agents to influence the consumer decision-making process and using big data analytics strategies to understand and predict consumer behavior patterns on social media. His research won the overall best paper award at the American Marketing Association/American Collegiate Retailing Association triennial conference in March 2021.
