Donna Bailey's marketing career was in insurance software. Donna has been a board member of the LPGA Foundation, UNC Asheville Foundation, Asheville/Buncombe County Sports Authority, and chairs the Harrah’s Cherokee Civic Center. While working with UNCA Athletics, she helped put in place the Leaders for the Leaders mentoring program.
