Public Notice of Special Meeting of The Board of Trustees of the University of North Carolina Asheville

The Executive & Governance Committee of the Board of Trustees of the University of North Carolina Asheville will hold a special meeting on Tuesday, August 16, 2022, at 8:30 a.m. via Zoom to consider proposed amendments to the Board’s Bylaws and conditions of appointment of a public employee.

The meeting will be conducted as a remote meeting pursuant to N.C.G.S. § 166A-19.24.
