UNC Asheville Student Percussion Ensemble and Wind Ensemble Concert

Students in the UNC Asheville Percussion Ensemble and Wind Ensemble will perform in a concert at 3 p.m. on Sunday, October 15 in UNC Asheville’s Lipinsky Auditorium. The concert is free and open to the public, with donations accepted at the door.
Under the direction of Emily Mariko Eng, the Wind Ensemble will perform a selection of works centered on the themes of childhood and nostalgia. The program features fantastic medleys from Pirates of the Caribbean: Curse of the Black Pearl and Wicked. Alongside these, the Wind Ensemble will perform pieces by Rossano Gallante, Percy Grainger, and Florence Price.
The Percussion Ensemble will perform an original student composition and a minimalist piece by director Matthew Richmond, in addition to other works.

Visitor Parking
Visitors may park in faculty/staff and All Permit lots from 5:00 p.m. until 7:30 a.m., Monday through Friday, and on weekends, holidays, and campus breaks. Visitors are not permitted to park in resident student lots at any time.
Prior to 5pm, any visitor (regardless of their reason for visit) need to adhere to the current practices listed on the parking website. Get your visitor parking permit here
