The Role of Folk Songs in Labor Organizing and Other Social Movements – A Singing Lecture by Corey Dolgon

Corey Dolgon, professor of sociology at Stonehill College, will give a singing lecture, The Role of Folk Songs in Labor Organizing and Other Social Movements, at 4:30 p.m. on Monday, Feb. 11, in Karpen Hall, Laurel Forum. This event is free and open to everyone.

Dolgon is the author of three books including the forthcoming Living Sociology: Social Problems, Service Learning and Civic Engagement. He is also an accomplished singer.
