UNC Asheville and the Black Mountain College Museum + Arts Center will co-host the 14th Annual ReVIEWING Black Mountain College International Conference from October 13-15 in UNC Asheville’s Reuter Center.
ReVIEWING Black Mountain College conference is a forum for scholars and artists to contribute original work on topics related to Black Mountain College and its place in cultural history, and this year will feature keynote speakers Brenda Danilowitz and Erica Warren. This three-day program, open to the public, celebrates the opening of the museum’s exhibition Weaving at Black Mountain College: Anni Albers, Trude Guermonprez, and Their Students, curated by Michael Beggs and Julie J. Thomson.

Attendance to the conference and any of its events is free for UNCA students, faculty, and staff. Members of the UNC Asheville community do not have to pre-register online.

Visitor Parking
Visitors may park in faculty/staff and All Permit lots from 5:00 p.m. until 7:30 a.m., Monday through Friday, and on weekends, holidays, and campus breaks. Visitors are not permitted to park in resident student lots at any time.
Prior to 5pm, any visitor (regardless of their reason for visit) need to adhere to the current practices listed on the parking website. Get your visitor parking permit here
