Music Faculty Lecture Series – Fletcher Peacock: “Talkin’ Trombone” Lecture/Recital

UNC Asheville Director of Instrumental Studies Fletcher Peacock will present Talkin’ Trombone, a combination lecture/recital at 7 p.m. on Tuesday, Oct. 30 in Karpen Hall, Laurel Forum. This event is free and open to everyone.

Peacock will explore the bass trombone from a musical, technical, and historical approach. This talk will be in a lecture recital format with analysis and discussion followed by a performance of the discussed works.
