Contemporary Guitar Ensemble Livestream Concert

UNC Asheville’s student Contemporary Guitar Ensemble, directed by Tim Doyle of the music faculty, will perform in a free livestream concert at 7 p.m. on Monday, Nov. 9, on the Department of Music Facebook page.

Join us for an evening of music with the Contemporary Guitar Ensemble. We will be broadcasting live from UNCA and performing music arranged and written exclusively for guitars, including original compositions by CGE members. Our music aims to take the listener from the contemplative to the perplexing, as we venture into the many sonic possibilities of 5 steel-string guitars.
