This special ticketed event, part of Asheville’s Chow Chow Festival, takes place from 3-4:30 p.m. at the University’s Bee Hotel, which is located in the main pollinator garden on University Heights, just across from Parking Lot P28 (which is home to the North Asheville Tailgate Market on Saturday mornings).

Join Sonia Marcus, UNC Asheville’s director of sustainability, and Jackie Hamstead, environmental specialist, to learn more about the University’s designation as a Bee Campus and sample a menu of honey-infused culinary delights, crafted from local ingredients (some sourced directly on campus) by UNC Asheville Dining Services.
