D. Hiden Ramsey Library, located at the heart of UNC Asheville’s campus, is the vital center of the pursuit of knowledge at UNC Asheville—inspiring intellectual curiosity, partnering in scholarly endeavors, anticipating information and service needs, exceeding expectations and embodying the university’s highest aims. In recent years, Ramsey Library has become home to the Media Design Lab and the CrAFT (Creativity, Art, Fabrication, and Technology) Studio, offering interactive, collaborative learning spaces where students, faculty, and staff from all academic departments come to create images, videos, printed designs, presentations, sound, websites and more.
