Whether you are a competitive athlete or you are just active for the fun of it, you'll be able to apply easy strategies for healthy eating for optimal performance to your life after this mini-workshop.

Active Living for a Healthy Life

Few factors contribute as much to obtaining a healthy life as having a physically active lifestyle. Drs Ray and Garbe will discuss how regular physical activity is important for preventing disease and enhancing one's quality of life.  Practical ideas and examples of how to incorporate physical activity into one's life will be shared.
