You control the "how" and the "when" of our assistance. You decide at what point in your writing process you need our involvement.

Appointments begin on the hour, and you will have 45 minutes to work with one of our staff on your writing.

For an appointment, drop by Ramsey Library 136 or call 251-6596 during our open hours.

When you make your appointment in person, we give you a reminder slip. We also call or e-mail all our clients a day or two before appointments to provide another reminder.

Please be courteous and inform us if you cannot keep your appointment, as that enables us to make the time available to someone else.

If you are ten minutes late for your appointment and we have not heard from you, we will try to contact you. We will hold your appointment when we know you've been delayed. However, we cannot hold your appointment if we have not heard from you.

You may request a specific consultant, but please be aware that all staff members work a limited number of hours per week.

You may look at our operating schedule to see when we are open, but there are usually only a couple of appointments available during any given hour.
