Absence
If you need documentation that you were seen at Student Health Services,
ask for a class excuse from your provider or at the front desk.
Students are responsible for resolving problems concerning class
absence with the instructor of the class. Visits to the Health Services
should be planned to avoid class absence. We will not discuss any
visit by a student to Health Services without written or verbal
consent of the student.
