The setup process is very simple on a Macintosh. Click on the apple icon to get to the control panel. Select AppleTalk and set to Ethernet (as shown below). No zone will be shown because there are no AppleTalk zones in the ResNet virtual network. Save the settings when prompted.

Next, select TCP/IP from the control panel. Configure your system as shown below and save changes when prompted.

Your computer will now automatically lease an IP address. If successful, you will be able to access the Internet.
