On days when it is necessary for the University to delay starting classes due to inclement weather, the following class schedule will be in place:

Evening Classes
Evening classes are not affected by a late start.
Criteria for
setting the schedule
The proposed late
start schedule is a result of the following criteria.

The first MWF class and the first
TTh class start at the same time, 9:45 AM.

All classes are reduced by
roughly 20%. Thus a 50 minute class meets 40 minutes.

Ten minutes are set aside for
transition periods between classes.

Last day-class of the day ends at
approximately the same time as it would under the regular schedule. Thus
evening classes are not affected.
