Employees are allowed access to all facilities and programs upon showing a valid OneCard to campus recreation staff at no additional cost .
Employees without a valid OneCard will not be allowed access to the facilities or permitted to participate in programs.
- Employees forgetting their OneCard should walk back to their offices and/or cars to get the ID and then present it to the Campus Recreation Staff.
- Employees unable to return to a location to retrieve their OneCard are allowed 3 grace entries. These entries are recorded by name and faculty ID in a comprehensive database.
- After 3 grace entries have been granted, the employee will be required to purchase a DAY PASS at $8.00 to enter the facility.
Only cash and/or checks accepted for payment.
- Employees are allowed to purchase guest passes for visitors. Guest passes cost $5.00 per pass. Only cash and checks accepted for payment. Employees must have a valid OneCard in hand in order to purchase guest passes.
- Employees may purchase a recreation pass for dependents, spouses and domestic partners for an additional charge. Annual passes for dependents, spouses, and domestic partners cost $50.00. Renewal is not automatic and all cards expire one year from the date of purcahse.
