NO ABS BLAST CLASSES THE WEEK OF 11/9-11/13

Recreate your day with any one of our fitness formats! Work on strength, cardio, endurance, flexibility and toning by participating in a dynamic fitness format that is suitable for all levels. Group Exercise classes are free to Campus Communicty Members with a valid One Card. Not sure which class is right for you? Contact us and our experienced staff can answer any question you may have about what fitness class is right for you!


Fall 2009 Schedule

 

Keep in mind...

  • Fall classes start Wednesday, August 19, 2009.
  • Kickboxing and Bootcamp will not begin until August 24, 2009.
  • Participants need to bring a Valid ID in order to participate in Group Exercise Classess.
  • There is a limited number of spots in each class, so get there early as we allow entry on a first-come-first-serve basis.
