Subject:  Smoking


In order to protect nonsmokers from the hazards of passive smoke,
smoking is prohibited in all indoor areas at UNCA except for
residential rooms.  In the case of residential rooms, smoking is
permissible when agreed to either by all residents of a room or,
when the room is part of a suite, by all residents of the suite.
