Fun and Games!!!
A week of investigations, inventions and
innovations of games of all
kinds and all times. Discover the cultural roots of
games, play new games and old, and invent your own for the final week's end
celebration. Explorations and activities will integrate art, culture, and
outdoor adventure games.

The second annual Super Summer Camp at UNC Asheville took place June 15-19 and was open to rising 3rd – 6th graders. Super Summer combines the FUN of day camp with the EXCITEMENT of academic learning in the Arts, Culture and Community, Technology, Math and Science!
For information on the 2010 Super Summer Camp, please check back in the Spring.
Campers work together to participate in engaging learning activities designed to stimulate the imagination and develop critical thinking skills. Each of the Super Summer segments are taught by experienced classroom teachers and assisted by UNC Asheville student counselors.
Camp hours: 9 a.m. – 4 p.m. ~ Monday – Friday
Camp Registration Fee: $215
Early drop-off Option (8:00 – 9:00 a.m.): $20
Extended pick-up option (4:15 – 6:00 p.m.): $30
A $50 non-refundable deposit is required to reserve a space in Super Summer Camp.
Snacks are provided in the morning and the afternoon. Students bring a bagged lunch Monday - Thursday. Super Summer Campers have a pizza party lunch and finale celebration on Friday!
Campers should check the weather each day and dress accordingly as we will be spending time outside and walking to various labs, classrooms and buildings on campus.
