morning enrichment program for academically gifted, creative, and/or highly
motivated students in grades 3 - 8.

Do
you know how to build a rocket, make a quilt, or order a meal in French? Ever tried to
build your own web page, try your hand at improv theater, or create a book? Would you like to learn to
speak German, play chess, or enter the mystical world of martial arts?
Acceptance into the program is through
registration, which
includes initial verification by qualified school personnel that the applicant demonstrates outstanding
achievement or potential and/or is identified as academically gifted according to the State of North
Carolina guidelines. A limited number of need-based scholarships (one course per student) are available.
