UNC Asheville's Creative Writing Program Seniors to Give Readings

Seniors in UNC Asheville's Creative Writing Program will give readings of their recent work at 3 p.m. Sunday, Dec. 2, at UNC Asheville's Laurel Forum, Karpen Hall. The event is free and open to the public.

Participating students are Ben Cox of Boone; Roland Crandall of Oak Ridge, N.C.; Jeremy Rice of Marshall; and Brian Sneeden of Wilmington.

UNC Asheville's Creative Writing Program offers students the opportunity and incentive to develop their writing skills in a workshop setting and to support that writing with a strong background in literary studies. The program seeks to foster confident undergraduate writers who work with a sound knowledge of their own literary tradition and who can produce works of publishable quality.
For more information, call UNC Asheville's Literature and Language Department at 828/251-6411.
