UNC Asheville's Creative Writing Program Seniors to Give Readings

Seniors in UNC Asheville’s Creative Writing Program will give readings of their recent work at 4 p.m. Sunday, Nov. 19, at UNC Asheville’s Laurel Forum, Karpen Hall. The event is free and open to the public.

Participating students are Ashley Bode, Arielle Carlson, Antonio Del Toro, Matthew Farrell, Russ Gosnell, Caroline Harkins, Nicole Van Meter and Devin Walsh.

UNC Asheville’s Creative Writing Program offers students the opportunity and incentive to develop their writing skills in a workshop setting and to support that writing with a strong background in literary studies. The program seeks to foster confident undergraduate writers who work with a sound knowledge of their own literary tradition and who can produce works on publishable quality.

For more information, call UNC Asheville’s Literature and Language Department at 828/251-6411.
