UNCA to Host Free Film Financing Workshop

UNC Asheville’s Mass Communication Department will host a free professional workshop on "Motion Picture Financing" with Hollywood executive producer Barry Weitz from 3:20-6 p.m. Wednesday, Oct. 29, in UNCA’s Karpen Hall room 012. Weitz has more than 30 production credits to his name, including "The Seven Ups" featuring Roy Scheider. The workshop is open to the public.
