UNCA Course to Focus on Controversies About Aging and Older Adults

Ron Manheimer, director of the N.C. Center for Creative Retirement and a nationally-known author on philosophy and aging, will teach an intergenerational seminar on controversial issues about aging and later life. The UNCA course, "Aging and Public Policy," starts on January 9, 2001. Some of the topics to be discussed include health care, euthanasia, social security and older adult creativity.
