Recycling Fact
American businesses throw away enough office paper to build a 12-foot high wall from Los Angeles to New York City every year.

Safety Tip
Wear sunglasses that absorb at 90% of UV sunlight. They are like sunscreen for your eyes and protect against damage that can occur from UV rays.

Energy Tip
Turn off decorative outdoor gas lamps; just eight gas lamps burning year around use as much natural gas as it takes to heat the average-size home during an entire winter.
