may draw a very large audience, feature high profile speakers/performers, or may generate significant differences of opinion,
alert the Public Information Office no less than one month
prior to the event.

- Descriptive
information about the event
- Target audience
(appropriate for families, adult content, etc.)
- Bios of
performers or speakers
- Photos or
electronic images (300 pixel jpgs) of performers or speakers
- List of
sponsors
- Registration

- Person or
office to contact to register (include phone number and/or e-mail)
