Deadline

• No less than two weeks prior to the event
• For events that may draw a very large audience, feature high profile speakers/performers, or may generate significant differences of opinion, alert the Communication and Marketing Office no less than one month prior to the event.

Information to Submit

• Date
• Time
• Location
• Rain location or date for outdoor events
• Ticket price
• Descriptive information about the event
• Target audience (appropriate for families, adult content, etc.)
• Bios of performers or speakers
• Photos or electronic images (300 pixel jpgs) of performers or speakers
• List of sponsors
• Registration deadline
• Person or office to contact to register (include phone number and/or e-mail)
