UNC Asheville to Hold Holiday Ceramic and Art Sale

UNC Asheville's Art Department will hold its annual holiday sale of ceramics, glass and other art objects from 4-7 p.m. Friday, Nov. 30, and 10 a.m.-2 p.m. Saturday, Dec. 1, in the S. Tucker Cooke Gallery, located on the ground floor of Owen Hall. The sale is open to the public.
“Horses in Motion” – New Art Exhibit to Open at UNC Asheville

"Horses in Motion," a collection of paintings by UNC Asheville senior Kathleen Kelley, will open with a reception at 6 p.m. on Monday, Nov. 19, in UNC Asheville's Ramsey Library. The exhibit is the culmination of Kelley's work toward a bachelor's degree with a major in art.

This is the center's 8th year of annual awards to advance, expand and support research about craft in the United States for both graduate and professional level scholars. Leaders of Stephanie’s Id to Perform with UNC Asheville Percussion Ensemble
