New Exhibit to Feature Works by UNC Asheville Studio Art Faculty

Works by 10 UNC Asheville Art Department faculty members will be featured in a wide-ranging exhibition Aug. 24-Sept. 14 at UNC Asheville's S. Tucker Cooke Gallery. The show kicks off the gallery's 2012-2013 season. An opening reception will be held from 6 to 8 p.m. Friday, Aug. 24, in the gallery.

Participating studio art faculty are Tamie Beldue, Virginia Derryberry, Robert Dunning, Scott Lowrey, Brent Skidmore, Carrie Tomberlin, Eric Tomberlin, Robert Tynes, Matt West and Megan Wolfe. Works in drawing, painting, sculpture, photography, printmaking and ceramics will be on view.
