New Exhibition, “Now but Not Yet,” to Open at UNC Asheville’s Cooke Gallery

“Now but Not Yet,” a new exhibit of drawings and installations by UNC Asheville senior Dona Barnett, will be on view March 2-20 in the S. Tucker Cooke Gallery in UNC Asheville’s Owen Hall. An opening reception will be held from 6-8 p.m. on Friday, March 2, in the gallery.

This exhibit is “an exploration of the tension between living in this present world, yet looking forward to the future,” according to Barnett. The exhibition is a collection of Barnett’s work toward a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree from UNC Asheville.
