“Pregnancy Perspectives” – New Art Exhibit Opens at UNC Asheville

"Pregnancy Perspectives," an exhibit of charcoal drawings by UNC Asheville senior Mazy McCoy, will open with a reception at 6 p.m. on Friday, Dec. 7, in UNC Asheville's Ramsey Library.

McCoy's drawings explore the coexistence of emotional elation and physical pain during pregnancy, from the artist's first-person perspective.

McCoy's works will be on view in the Special Collections Gallery during regular library hours through December 14. The reception and the exhibit are free and open to the public. For more information, including library hours, visit the website or call 828.251.6436.
