Local Business and Organizations to Participate in UNC Asheville Internship and Job Fair

Faced with a tough employment market, job and internship seekers have an opportunity to meet representatives of more than 40 employers at UNC Asheville's 2011 Internship and Job Fair. Community members and alumni are invited to join UNC Asheville students to learn more about part-time, seasonal and full-time jobs and internship opportunities. The event takes place from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. Tuesday, March 29, in UNC Asheville's Highsmith University Union, Alumni Hall.

Participants will include Biltmore Estate, Buncombe County Schools, Eaton Corporation, State Employees' Credit Union, Sterling Publishing, U.S. Forest Service, Wachovia, WLOS/WMYA-TV, and many more local organizations and businesses. The Internship and Job Fair provides an opportunity for participants to network and exchange information with various industry and non-profit representatives.
