SAT Prep Course Offered at UNC Asheville

Registration is now open for the Scholastic Aptitude Test (SAT) prep classes offered by UNC Asheville. Classes will meet for three consecutive weeks from 6-8:30 p.m. Mondays and Wednesdays, from February 21-March 9 on the UNC Asheville campus.

The SAT, required for admission to most undergraduate colleges and universities, employs multiple-choice questions designed to gauge verbal and mathematical abilities. The prep course will concentrate on test-taking techniques, timesaving methods and logical reasoning to prepare for the test, which will be offered at area high schools on March 12, May 7 and June 4. Cost for the prep class is $295 and includes study materials.
