UNC Asheville Board of Trustees to Meet October 20

The UNC Asheville Board of Trustees will hold a special meeting at noon on Wednesday, Oct. 20, in the Red Oak Room, Ramsey Library, on campus.

This meeting is open to the public. Portions of the meeting may be closed to the public under the provisions of the North Carolina Open Meetings Act.

The UNC Asheville Board of Trustees has 13 members; eight are appointed by the UNC Board of Governors and four are appointed by the governor. The UNC Asheville Student Government Association president, who is elected by the student body, is also a voting member of the board.
