NCCCR follows the UNCA weather directives. All NCCCR programs and activities, CFS at Reuter
Center and other locations, and all committee meetings are included in this
procedure.
If there is a media/web announcement that UNCA classes will follow a delayed, late start
or staff flex start schedule, then:

CFS Classes
• normally held at 9:30 a.m. or earlier will begin at 10:00 a.m. and conclude
at 11:30 a.m.
• All other classes for the day will meet as scheduled

Other NCCCR programs and activities
• activities scheduled to start before 10:00 a.m. will start at 10:00
a.m.
• activity coordinators will contact participants about the revised
schedule.
If UNCA is closed or dismisses classes for the remainder of the
day, then all NCCCR activities are cancelled.

CFS Classes
Makeup classes may be scheduled for classes affected by repeated
delays or cancellations as instructor schedule permits. Generally classes are
extended one week at the end of the term for any makeup sessions.

Other NCCCR activities
Activity coordinators or committee chairs will contact participants
about the revised schedule.
