Bryan Stuart Schaffer, B.S. Business Administration at University of
Florida; M.B.A. at Georgia State University; Ph.D. in Organizational
Behavior and Human Resource Management at University of Georgia.
Dr.
Schaffer's awards include the 2006-2007 Distinguished Teaching Award
for the Social Sciences. Dr. Schaffer has
published in peer reviewed journals and proceedings, and has
presented his work at various national academic conferences. He is a
member of the Academy of Management, the American Psychological
Association, and the Southern Management Association. Teaches
courses in Foundations of Management, Organizational Behavior, and
Human Resource Management. Research interests include relational
demography, workplace discrimination, and group and team dynamics.
